I am truly amazed by the wonderful medieval architecture of Siena's happy houses. Mind the details of each window and balcony: someone has laundry outside the balcony, somebody has jolly flowers at the window, somebody else is proudly exhibiting the traditional historical flags of Siena. And the gem, the silhouette of tower Torre del Mangia on the background.

Nice picture, Ramona! There is an eternal conflict between Firenze and Siena, the two neighboring cities that have hated each other for generations and generations, I bet we both chose the same sides
