The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. It must be at least five years that I've had had this cactus plant. Never thought it can actually blossom till this summer. Lovely orange flowers which last no more than two or three days. Could not help myself and I captured these beautiful and rare miracles of the nature.
